Pyrocal produces Terix Biochar from used pine wood pallets, forestry residues and nutshells. Biochar is made from these feedstocks via thermal decomposition. We offer three biochar product ranges:

Pyrocal
Terix Biochar is made by Pyrocal Pty Ltd in Toowoomba, Queensland. Pyrocal delivers waste-to-value solutions by transforming waste streams into biochar and thermal energy, diverting waste from landfill and creating carbon trading opportunities. This is achieved by using Pyrocal’s Continuous Carbonisation Technology (CCT).
Pyrocal CCT systems are manufactured in Australia. In addition, the company is Australian owned and operated.
